For the celebration of Black History Month, my college held a show which consisted of singers, dancers and poets. The section of this show that I loved the most had to be the fashion show. Lasting around about 20/30 minutes, I thought the looks featured demonstrated youth at its finest. A-line leather skirts were my favorite of the night along with studded denim shorts and big, thick, chunky faux fur jackets to shield one from the chilly winds of winter. Blazers were also all the rage in this show featuring colours like green, blue and black which gave the models a sense of structure to their body's frame.
These next couple of shots were quite blurred since the models were walking quite fast. I still like the effect of a body captured in movement so I decided to add them also.
A kind of blurred close up of the faux fur jacket that I love! |
