Everyone's Chipper For Chinos

Okay, so another installment on trends in fashion.

The chino has been gaining a lot of attention from both men and women as a fashion must have these past few seasons. Chinos are a great item to have in the wardrobe as they can easily blend in with the highs and lows of daytime and the rush of nighttime. Londoners have been quick to spot the latest trend and are high in the moment for the fresh, new and effortless craze of today. Yes, chinos have been out for a while now, but little dared to wear. As fashion expands, so does the interest of the population which leads people to try new things.

What makes the Chino so popular you ask? Well, as I mentioned before, they can be worn during the day and carried on to the night. They almost adapt to your surroundings depending on what other clothing and accessories you chose to pair with them. As well as leaving them long, rolling them up to create a gap showing off your ankles, gives off a summery feel. This is the main look I have seen being sported.

The Scarf. Pt 2.

Okay, so I previously did a section on scarfs. For Pt 2, I wanted to do a segment on the other scarfs that I own. I picked out a few examples in which I liked, took some photos and this is the finishing product.

1. The Leopard Print Scarf: In actual fact, this is my mothers scarf, but what i love about it is the pattern. The frilly bits on the side of the scarf, in my opinion, is a cute touch. Another bonus is its weight. It is very light and airy so wearing it during the summer is an option.

2.The Blue, Chunky, Woolen Scarf: My second scarf is a woolen scarf, surprisingly from Primark. I only have good things to say abut this scarf. it is very durable and warm during the winter. Plus when they were being sold, they were available in an array of colors.

  3. The Checkered Black and White Scarf: My third and finial scarf is this black and white triangle scarf. I have loved this pattern ever since i bought it in 2007. This was one of my first scarfs, so it is dear to me. The black and white goes together with basically every color, which makes it easier to match it up with outfits.

The Scarf. Pt 1.

Okay, so since summer in England has been something close to a let down (As usual), I've seen some examples around in London of people wearing scarfs as an accessory to keep that slight chill off of the skin. One example that i'd personally like to share is a light scarf of my own. (see above)
I'm quite fond of the skull patterns, and i think most people are this season as this is probably the most common pattern I have seen and i think this pattern edges up a look.TIP: Along with tramp boots, it co-ordinates perfectly. I also like this item as it has a resemblance to Vivienne Westwood's scarf but with a more affordable price tag, which is music to everyone's ears. Other patterns I have seen are floral to combine with the season summer/fall. The next installment "The Scarf. Pt 2." will be posted soon.
